These terms govern your use of FindOrNot (the “Service”), operated by Zoran Marić (the “operator”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Service. Operator and contact details are on the Legal notice.
Who can use it
The Service is intended for users aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, please use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, as your local law requires.
The service
FindOrNot is a free game. Accounts are optional and add features like cross-device streaks and custom puzzles. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we ever introduce paid features, their price and terms will be shown clearly before you pay.
Acceptable use
Please play fairly. Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or attack the Service; don’t abuse the API or automate gameplay; don’t use it for anything unlawful or to harass others; and don’t submit content (e.g. custom puzzles or invites) that is illegal, hateful, or infringes someone else’s rights. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Content and intellectual property
The FindOrNot name, logo, and original code and design belong to the operator. Map, place, and reference data belong to their respective sources and are used under their licences — see the credits on the About page. Anything you create (such as a custom puzzle) stays yours; by sharing it through the Service you allow us to host and display it so it works.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and may contain inaccuracies (geographic data is community-sourced). To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll change the “last updated” date and, for significant changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Serbia, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
